§ 17-8. Same—Developer's right to reimbursement preserved inside city.

  • Any person or entity which subdivides or resubdivides any lot or tract of land within the City of Jacksonville or which constructs any improvements upon any lot or tract of land within one hundred (100) feet of the city's sanitary sewer system, shall install, or cause to be installed, at their own expense all necessary sanitary sewer lines from the existing sanitary sewer system to said lot or tract of land, which extensions and improvements shall comply with the city's standards and requirements for its sanitary sewer system.
