§ 7.00. Scope.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any lot forming a part of a subdivision, a plat of which has been duly recorded in the office of the county clerk prior to the adoption of this ordinance [No. 297] except Section 7.00 shall not conflict with the provisions of Section 6.00 hereof.
